Pacific Sands apartments are bright and sunny with large glass windows through which you may enjoy panoramic views. Suites from the 14th floor of the building offer the best views in the building. Below this floor suites may only have partial views or no views.
#2 – Well-maintained Building
Pacific Sands is a concrete high rise building and has two elevators which have been completely modernized. The suites in the building have covered balconies. The building has secured access with underground and surface parking. Our building Manager and Assistant Manager live in the building and are available in the case of an emergency. Our gardens are well landscaped and provide a relaxing social meeting spot in summer.
#3 – Laundry
The laundry facility is open 8:00 am – 11:00 pm. There is a reader’s corner where tenants leave books and it’s a great way to pass the time while doing your laundry.
#4 – Storage & Bicycle Room
The apartments are rented with full-sized storage lockers which supplement the ample closet space in the apartments. Since cycling is popular with our tenants, we offer a secure bike room. The Stanley Park Seawall, a popular bike route, is a short distance away.
#5 – Pool & Sauna
There is a large indoor swimming pool on the ground floor of the building. Next to the pool are men’s and women’s change rooms and saunas.
#6 – Utilities & Deliveries
Heat, hot water and a storage locker are included in the rent. Mail is delivered to the suite and Newspapers and Magazines are delivered to your door.
#7 – Parking
Permit parking is available for the area around Pacific Sands, from the city. However, street parking is difficult because it’s hard to find a spot when you need one! #8 – Security
For the safety and security of our tenants, we offer a security key fob for the main entrance and monitored security cameras.
