What Constitutes an Emergency?
- Water loss – flood, leaking pipes, roof leak, sewer back up
- No heat
- Elevator not working
- Parkade door not functioning
- Building security compromised (i.e. an entrance/exit door will not lock)
- OR any other issue required to mitigate property damage
If you call the after hours number for a non-emergency a charge will be applied to your apartment.
Crime in progress, immediate life or health threat, or fire: dial 911
Vandalism, break & enter, graffiti, drug use, lockbox theft, aggressive behaviour, etc.

If the noise is caused by a criminal activity, call the Vancouver Police Department at 604-717-3321 or if it is related to an emergency, dial 911.
If the noise is not caused by criminal activity, call 311.
